Becoming a SAHM Pt #5: The Momathon

If you think being a stay-at-home mom means sleeping in late, afternoon tea with friends and going shopping on weekdays, think again. Life as a SAHM is more challenging (and rewarding) than I’ve ever thought!

Surprisingly, everyday passes faster than I have expected. The comic below clearly illustrates my sentiments:

All in a day of a SAHM

  1. I wish I could say the same. I kept on worrying about Tricia everyday I’m at work. I hope she’ll do just fine. You enjoy your time now…I bet it must be the best time to play with Ewan now. 🙂

It’s normal to worry and think about our baby while at work. When I was still working, there wasn’t a moment I didn’t think what Ewan was doing at the babysitter’s. It was hard to adjust to this SAHM lifestyle at the beginning but I’m beginning to enjoy it now.

We and our babies are indeed blessed to have the privilege of staying home but many don’t know it’s 24/7 job with no leave! Even at night, we have to burn midnight oil.
