Mother’s Day – E’s way

While we didn’t officially celebrate Mother’s Day due to the recent chickenpox infection in Hubby where we had to stay home the entire weekend, E showed his appreciation through two little presents courtesy of his daycare centre.

On Thursday, he gave me a stalk of rose. He insisted on holding the rose all the way home from daycare. We finally placed the rose on Buddha’s altar together.

No, that’s not a stray dog posing with us…Odee just had a haircut!

On Friday, he came home with a self-made card. The Kakak explained to me that E helped to choose the outfit and accessories images which he thought his mommy might like, afterwhich he pasted them on with his teacher’s help.

Marvelous effort for a two-year old, don’t you think?
